How to choose my model ?
Most frequent order comes from CONFORT and CONFORT PLUS that dispose of all functions of a shower toilet. You only have to choose if you prefer an infra ray remote control or a fixed panel control. Please study difference in the “Detailed function” document”

How to check the product will be adaptable to my toilet bowl ?
Please download the document “Dimensions” in which you will find the elements regarding the size of the product. 2 models are available ROUND or ELONGATED depending on the size of your toilet bowl. If your toilet bowl is longer than 50 cm, please order the ELONGATED MODEL. Below 50 cm, please order the ROUND or CLASSIC model.

Available colours
At this stage we only propose the white colour. If you wish you can purchase some stickers to stick on your product to decorate it.

Maintenance of the apparatus
The cleaning of your shower toilet is the same as you old toilet seat. Please read carefully the user manual to know which product to be used to clean you shower toilet.
Depending on your water strength, you will probably have to change the water filter. Please read user manual to see the frequency to replace it.

Security norms
All SANICLEAN’s product are conform to CE norms and RoHs norms (Restriction of Hazardous Substances – for the safety of the environment). These certificates are available: please do not hesitate to ask us.

How to check the product can be installed on my toilet?
To check if our models can be installed on your toilet, you just have to control that the dimension of your toilet stick to the dimension indicated in the document “Check the dimension of your toilet” in the MODEL category.
Or you can contact us with your toilet reference.

How long is the installation of the shower toilet?
It depends on your toilet, but usually like a traditional toilet.
You need about 15 minutes to install our product on you toilet and connect it to the water network.
You just have to follow the installation manual instructions.

What should I do if I do not have any electrical plug in my toilet?
You have to contact a qualified electrician to proceed to its installation.

What is the electrical consumption of the product?
Our products have a power saving function to save consumption. The product will be usable only when a user will be installed on it.
For a daily use of the product for a 2 person family, the electrical consumption will be approximatively 175 KW/ year.

What is the water consumption of the product?
The use of the product will reduce the water consumption in your toilet.
You will never need the biggest volume of water to evacuate the waste as there is no more hygienic paper to push.
You will now use only the small water quantity (about 3 litres) to evacuate your waste.
As the product needs maximum 0.7 litres per use, you will now use 3.7 litres per use instead of about 6 litres before.

Are we obliged to use the product when it is installed?
This is the user that decides to use the product. If you don’t want to push the washing function, you are not obliged!

Where comes the water from?
The water that is used comes form your home network. There is no adjunction in the water.

Can the product be reinstalled in case of moving?
This is the advantage of this kind of shower toilet. If you move from your home, you can decide to reinstall it in your new home.

Can the product be installed in bathroom?
We recommend using the product in non-wet room but you can install it in your bathroom in respecting the existing norms.

Why should I use a shower toilet?
Because it offers you a better personal hygiene. The use of a shower toilet offers freshness and relaxing sensation.
You will understand when you will use it…
And you will participate to the environment protection.

Can everybody use the device?
Below 22 kg, the user will not be detected by the product. This to avoid the child to play with the panel control.
There are no counter-indications for the use of the product. The use is really positive for hygiene and helps person that are constipated or that have irritations and haemorrhoids.

Does the product respect norms?
Our products stick to CE norms, quality norms (ISO) and environmental norms (RoHs). They are conforming to DIN norm for the prevention of water backflow.

Is the water pressure supportable and efficient?
Yes, the water pressure is studied to be efficient and very comfortable for the user.
The product is really soft to use and delicate.

Is it easy to clean?
All parts of the product are cleanable and easy to clean.
You can easily decide to clean the nozzle in pushing “Nozzle cleaning” on the panel control.
The nozzles are systematically and automatically cleaned before and after each use.

How to check i can install really the hand dryer ?
Normally you can install the Willy-Willy in every place. A fixing plate is supplied with the product to fix it on every support.
To know about the dimension, please download document “dimensions”.

Available colours
At this stage we only propose the white colour. If you wish you can purchase some stickers to stick on your product to decorate it.
New colours will be available in the future: grey, inox steel, black and red.

Maintenance of the apparatus
The cleaning of your hand dryer has to be done daily. You have to empty the water tank below and to check the water evacuation pipe is not locked with small elements.
You can replace or clean the air filter at the bottom of the hand dryer.
